Dolamee D9 switch off
#1
Hi there
Just bought a new D9 as had an M8 before but have found an annoying problem.
Me an the wife have just discovered breaking bad and normally watch a couple back to back but usually after about twenty minutes of the second one, the screen either goes blank, black or another colour. Found the daydream setting but it only allows me to set it to either 30 or 60 minutes.
Can anyone suggest or are having similar problems

IPVanish is probably the best VPN service to use in order to watch movies and TV shows anonymously on Kodi or otherwise. And, Check GearBest $12 Sale (including many TV Boxes and Smartphones!)

You mean you use the two boxes at the same time?

Does rebooting of the D9 do anything help? Or check if the HDMI cable or power have a bad connection.

I only use the d9. I have to manually disconnect power cable as the screen goes blank and the remote stops working (cannot standby etc).
Connections all seem fine too.
It is an intermittent fault and normally occurs after aproximatelying an hour.

I have experienced a similar problem, it plays for a week or two. Then it would shut down after the screen and remote freezes. Other times without warning it shuts off then restarts automatically. Any ideas on how to fix this? Do we need a zip file to update box?

Install from playstore a cpu temperature app and look online the temp to see when it will do it again if it is from overheating!
Also look if you find another power adapter to test it!
