I think you did not watched the video then.
All I saw watching the video is the tool and the process is in english.

It needs just basic PC knowledge such as to know how to download a file, that a compressed file in either zip, rar, 7z, etc needs to be extracted somewhere before using it.

A paying customer should not have to do this on a comercially sold product. There are a lot more people out there than you believe, that do not have "basic PC knowlage"

And which version you have after the update, please?

Hello Alina,

Do you have an older firmware, this one works better but it's still on 5.1.1 and has problems sometimes.
The settings menu is the new menu, i want to get the old menu back and have it the same as when i bought it.

same problem here.  had the device 1 week, sunday it wanted to update. so I updated, now NO audio what so ever. seems to be no support. wasted $40 dollars. contacted company and Amazon for resolve this morning. so I will wait and see. company should send out OTA to resolve this. And they must not test it on their product before updating. Just take the money and your on your own.  so now the unit is a brick!

Hi there, just wondering if there is a good 'modified' firmware out there that fixes this sound issue, proven and tested? If not is there a way to turn off annoying update notifications after firmware rollback?
