Disabled USB in BIOS
#1
Hi,

I accidentally disable USB in BIOS. Now my Nexbox T9 is totally useless. I can't go back to BIOS as the keyboard is not recognized.

The OS (Debian) boots up, but then, I can do nothing. No keyboard, no mouse, no network.

I opened the box, unplugged the battery for few hours, but USB is still disabled. I looked for a RTC_RST jumper, but could not find it. Is there a way to clear CMOS ? Or another way to activate USB again ?

Thanks,
vdu

Send your device for depot repair. You can't fix this yourself.

Thank you for your answer, even if it's not good news....

Could you provide information about product return (I bought mine from France) ?

Go for the dealer, he may give you the advice. If you buy it from shopping website, ask the customer service staff for help.
