“Unfortunately the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped”

Whenever I plug my remote keyboard receiver into the USB port of my D5 I get the error message Unfortunately the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped” I guess the obvious fix is to not use the remote keyboard. Any other suggestions? Once I get the error message the box is not usable as I cannot get off the message. I have removed the receiver from the USB port and cleared all my cache's but this does not fix the problem.

Do a backup of your prefer data and do a factory reset!
It might solve the issue!

This is my final option. Was hoping for something less dramatic before I resort to this.
