The pre-loaded apps included the Google Play Store. I continuously get a notification that the Google Play Store has stopped. This notification does not go away unless I click on the notification. I have tried to uninstall the entire app and re-install it, but there is not a way to do this. Please explain to me how I can cleanse this app off of the dongle and then re-install. This is very annoying and detracts from what otherwise has been a good beginning experience with this product. Thanks, Tim
Hi Tim, the Google Play Store is a system application, can't be installed. Our developers are working on this problem, when the new firmware finished, we will update it here.
Or have a try with turning off the application in background, may be help.

I tried the firmware, cannot use the usb ports, and wireless mouse also, no audio, the picture freezes. It seems like the new firmware is not tested yet! It makes the tv box unusable, so I reinstalled the previous firmware. Thank you though! Hope you will fix this.
